Neda Sanai, M.A., LMFT
Neda is a licensed marriage and family therapist and founder of Sanai Therapy.
She began her career in the mental health community as a behavioral therapist working with children with autism. Thereafter, she earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. While obtaining her Masters, she worked at The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, where she received extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She also volunteered at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she supervised teenagers at the Center For The Study Of Young People/Teen Line.
After she graduated, Neda began her career working at Group Therapy LA, a psychotherapy practice in Beverly Hills with Dr. Cara Gardenswartz, a psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. There, she worked with a variety of clients, including individuals, couples, families, parents, and groups. Throughout the years, Neda has honed her expertise and fine-tuned her therapeutic approach, expanding her range to provide a diverse array of services.
Neda is an active member of the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists and the American Group Psychotherapy Association. She holds certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for children, adolescents & adults.
